On the straps, besides the regular ones, also have laquered ones. Mocca Brown, Black, as well as Ash Grey- highly recommended to those watches with greyish Titanium brushed case.

Do you mean 12s pver 3 days? Then that,s 4s a day and within chronometer spec. And anyway, If you expect a watch to run consistent timing over many years then quartz is better for you.
And 1st week out of servicing definitely the watch need some time to run in.
