I like the streamlined buttons and crown on the right-side of the case.
The big hands look GREAT.

Hi all, Steven here. Always been a Seiko fan but quite turn off by the easily scratch glass. Fall in love again when I find out the availability of third party sapphire glass for the popular diver watch.

Greetings, newbie here who just got a GS Hi-Beat 36000. My previous Seiko watches include a Seiko Limited Edition Divers Watch.My first automatic watch was a Titoni watch when I got my first pay in 1999 and didn't buy till 2005 when I completed my part-time degree. Bought my Panerai 112 and later a Rolex Submariner, Sinn U1 and a few other simple watches... finally now a Grand Seiko :D
Hope to get a Credor, an IWC Portugese Automatic and hopefully a PP before I retire.
Looking forward to learning more about Seiko watches from all.

I respect what Seiko has done for the mass market and there's something for every collector. I'm heading down the road of vintage dress seikos but WatchSeller's MM is just too much of an distraction. If I ever buy that watch, its his fault. :D I spend everyday looking online and learning more about watches. Hope to learn more from you guys and grow my collection.
Current collection a Rolex Explorer and Seiko Orange Monster, probably in a few weeks a particular 300m dive watch will enter my collection :cry:
