I have a Seiko v743-8b50 which I've used for years (it was a gift from my wife) and recently realized that I should have a hobby. So I've decided to join and learn more about Seiko watches. I am particularly interested in obtaining a Seiko 5 SNZF 13 "Sea Urchin" blue dial so if anybody with a pre-loved one should get in touch with me :)

Hi all



Was looking for a watch but was very reluctant to spend big $ for the usual suspect. Though, i must say that i was really tempted to get a Rolex. Went to dealers in HK a couple of times, Hour Glass and even 2nd dealers in Far East. But i just am way too... stingy to part 11K for a watch. To cut the story short, i stumbled across Seiko in a car forum and many month later i got my very 1st Seiko (yesterday) and i'm already eyeing the blue Sumo.

Hi all

My name is Vagelis, from Athens- Greece, and a watch enthusiast.

I don't collect vintage pieces but usually new.

I am the proud owner of an orange Seiko Monster 1st gen, my grandfather's Seiko 5, an Orient Mako xl among a few Hamiltons and an Omega Speedmaster.

I am expecting my skx173 these days.

I used to own Stargate and Samurai titanium but sold them to acquire my speedie.

I really like your forum, you will hear a lot of me!

Currently have 4 seiko namely a perputual calendar, pilot chronograph snd 253p1, orange monster and latest addition is snzh57j.

Hello guys.



I bought my first Seiko SNA749P2 around 6-7years ago, and fell in love with Seiko ever since.

Bought my 2nd watch Seiko SPB001 secretly in 2010...and only recently, I bought the GS SBGA031, SBGA105 and SBGJ005.

I also received Seiko Prospex SUN019 as promotion for buying SBGA105.



Hope to have more Seikos in future. :D

I collect mainly what I like and my collection is an eclectic mix of Divers, Military Style watches and G's.

Good to be back after 'missing' for so long! When I first joined SCS, was not paying attention to Seiko watches. After going one big round from Swiss to micro brands, now I'm back to seiko and hope to stay longer! Got a 009 early this year and hoping to receive my 6309 soon. ;)



Byw how to add this forum to Tapatalk app? I have tried many names but can't find the right one. Any kind souls to show me the light please? Thanks & happy new year!

Reintroduction: telepgm/35/father of one daughter/airline salesman. Contributing on & off. Very into vintage seiko dress watches currently. Poisoning Stan80 at the same time. Here's one of them: the more Chui the dial, the more charming I think the watch is.

Welcome to the club. You got rich taste, anyway most of us here luv the GS, but only a few can afford it.

And if you like vintage, you shd be able to find some here (me included) :D

Welcomed to the club! Getting a diver is quite simple, go with your budget. There are many divers to suite your budget.

Can go with the SKX 007 or 009 or a Sumo, can't go wrong. Classic diver.
