You will usually see Komandirskie with “заказ По CCCP” translated to “By the order of Ministry of Defense of USSR”.

It's not really an issued watch but it's something that the Soviet military personnel can purchase from their army stores like our SAF eMart.

Google 3AKA3, sure to get a lot of hits :lol: as it's very popular with collectors.
