Should be. If im not wrong, Sea gull only have 1 chrono movt.

Modern anual wind, column wheel chrono at that price, where to find haha.

The OP oredi stated as MADE BY SEAGULL liaoz... ST19 shouldn't be wrong. Anyway, Russian movement with the same subdial layout are not seen in any private labels... If i'm not wrong.

Russian discontinue that movement production, as it's non-shockproof and fragile, expensive to maintain since it's a column wheel, it's against their principles.

PI is in Germany, so that is not surprising to me. A lot of the so call "Russian" brands are not even in Russia.

I can't recall correctly, but I recall PI didn't really have a good reputation, even Russia2All stop reselling their watches.
