2 years later... or should i say, roughly 18months later after the introduction of Ocean2 series into the STEINHART catalogue of products, STEINHART have now slowly make some changes to upgrade the regular Ocean2 to premium configurations.

What was noticeable falls on the upgrade of ETA2824 movements to decorated SOPROD A10, as well as barely noticeable transparent caseback...



However, from a recent acquisition by a WatchUSeek member...



it seems that there may be additional treatments to the dial and bezel may give the Premium Ocean2 with a little "premium" look with the use of Navy Blue color...

Gnomon's pricing is quite competitive, honestly, only if their list price of 884(w/o GST) includes the Titanium bracelet. But this config... @ 884 w/o GST... makes me think thrice before swiping my card with them.



Using 0.6eu=1SGD, order from Germany will cost 938 total, with GST, Shipping, Bank Charge, PayPal Charge.

Wah didn't realise got different configuration. Better to buy straight from Steinhart I guess. Though I heard the bracelet uses a different grade of titanium from the case and so there is a slight difference in color? Plus the case back and part of the bracelet clasp is stainless steel?

If you can tarik your horsee... wait till the coming Thursday to see whether the X-rate will hit 0.69eu to 1SGD or not. You may get better deal by bumping off 100 compare to what Gnomon priced. Hence, the higher the better...

According to the leak @ HWZ, the Titanium bracelet combo will arrive much later in November, priced @ 20 or $30 extra.

You mean your 157? Signpost has been quite erratic lately. They delayed my parcel to us. Until the buyer got worried due to the lack of update.



I ordered this in a heart beat b'cz it made all things right from the ovm.

Did u order from gnomon or steinhart?

Sing Post is overloaded now, they are unable to handle the crush during Christmas season.

I have emailed and spoken to their customer service. They promised to deliver, but I am still waiting. :)

I'm there will be some fans here eager to see what's new coming up from STEINHART's diver's range. The TRITON design is getting old on old fans' eyes. The Ocean2 had been out of sight on new release or refreshing batch as it had been going onto a new facelift for this year.



As ETA supplies of movement shrinking, latest batch of Ocean 44 GMT version delivery dates gets pushed to 2nd quarter of the year.



So... will you be prepared if...

Ocean2 facelift comes with a higher price tag if under the dial, comes with Soprod A10 like the OT500?

Not sure if any of you have seen thjs. What,s your thoughts?
