+1 for the modding effort.



but movt 7549 rarity(*price) VS that of a 7546 movt that you can get from some quartz dress + diver.



also consider 7548 dial+hands set "supply"...



hardest to seek would be the 7549 300m case set


Thanks for all the feedback, I have no intention of buying, just sharing in case some one else here might be interested.

Yes I am aware of all the mods and the lower price does reflect this.

If one is looking for a pristine 7549 for collection then this not suitable, but those who want a 7549 for modding/beater might like to consider ...

bought for the wrong watch.actually wanna use it for skx007 but the crown at 4 not same with tudor blackbay so thinking which watch can i change it to.

I don't think SKX031 shares bezel size with the SKX007... think there's a [color=#000000]4mm or so[/color] 2mm difference in size between the two?



Hmm, so the difference in size doesn't really translate fully in terms of difference in bezel size, though there is still a significant difference...

and twinkle told me that's before the 40% discount which make it about S$2K+ and this fella is trying to sell it at 3 fold.

No doubt it's sold out but i dun think there's a carrot head to pay this amount for a citizen when u can get a pre-own rolex sub 16610 and a pre-own Sinn U1 add up.
