I believe what Brudder sinner1974 means is by engaging in doing house chores to make myself feeling alive and vibrant in mind, so that i don't feel moody or useless in extreme case.



Actually my term in "losing vibes", means i feel that age had caught up with me in quite a fast speed. Although i don't have much sickness, or weak in the sense that i'll get infection easily... it's that i felt that most of my peak performance in almost anything is degrading bit by bits as day or months passes by.



I dun know how many brudders here had felt the same way as i do, i find myself cannot carry heavy weights like 30kg easily and move a certain distance in the past, able to thread a needle easily in the past(btw, i'm now diagnosed having 150 degree short sight), *********** in the past when i had ample rest the previous nights... those sorts of stuffs...
