It took a while though! Don't know if they send the watch to SINN factory or if it was done by THG in-house. Sorry, didn't really cared or bothered as long as they got it fixed. Next time, if ever there will be. I going to K2.



It was an ST-142 BTW. I was stupid enough to try and hand-wind its Lemania 5100 engine and that is where my troubles started. Expensive lesson learned!

Servicing costs around 15 to 30 percent of watch cost. Repair with parts replacement around 50 to 70 percent. This is for normal price range watches. For ostentatious pieces, other bros can give better advice.

Because to me they are the same you see. My sincere apologies then but It is not my intention to mislead anybody.

As a verb, service is defined as = to make fit for use; repair; restore to condition for service: to service an automobile.

And repair as = to restore to a good or sound condition after decay or damage; mend: to repair a motor.



I'm also all for bros here to share their experience so everyone can learn. I believe this is the purpose why we signed up for this club.
