I went mustafa 5 consecutive nights, each time the counter staff promises the other variant of the Watch will come the next day, as I wanted the metal bracelet version. On the 6th day I realised they don't know what they were saying. I finally grapped the sun021. But Albert Complex (the shop with the ladies attendant) got both the metal and plastic strap ones0when I checked Tuesday evening. .

Fyi,

The day staff manning the seiko counter, the wan with astron display has extra allowance from thong sia.

Supposedly to be more knowledgeable n indirectly paid for by seiko customers.



Night time, same counter manned by a young specky Indian.



I ask him take out this kinetic series once only. Rest of time I always get the malay uncle to help me. More friendly.



Last but not least, if your watch is supposed to come with a different box from normal seiko box. Let them know immediately.



After you leave n realised, the usual sop is to say no such box. Then drag to day shift n the same thing happens.



I took this up with thong sia n went dwn to TS to settle myself.

Nowadays not so easy to see WINS 揸Fit人 liaoz... maybe because he had employed a big number of staffs, and he's willing to let them run the business with trust and confidence? He's often my preferred choice when come to price negotiation... otherwise i would look for his trusty #2...

My watch which is the blue monster of limited edition of 500.



Box is supposedly labelled Superior limited edition.



Given the normal box. If ya not anal, okie lo.



I was just not happy being smoked by them.



Did a Google. Found the box issue.

So I tried to email thong sia. They agreed n ask me to go down collect.



Have yet to get my hands on this watch n box. Maybe u need to find out what is the actual box given.

Think you meant the All watches counter in the next building 2nd floor.

Not as much brands compare to bhq bugis.



This is the original building where more watch shops had been located than the current location.

Saw the 21 and 19 at May May Watch yesterday. Been quoted 660 for the 21 and 695 for the 19 if I remember correctly. None available at 3D, didn't walk into Wins too.

That's their problem. Take any box within reach and give. Then claim later only ordinary box for the watch supposedly to come with tge supposedly limited edition watch

Can call them to order. Say u want the bracelet for SUN019 with the end links but from experience diver bracelet not going to be cheap should be above 100 dollars. It takes about 3 months for the bracelet to come.

Usual hunting grounds for price below Mustafa's tag, are usually @ Bencoolen area, Chinatown area, as well as Geylang Serai/Haig Rd area...

Otherwise, pay higher price for close to home shopping convenience, or if totally OOS lor...

Mustafa sells $630 for the bracelet version 3 sets available and 1 set of the splastic strap version at $5XX

Mustafa price is "fixed" I don't think they adjust for popularity like other shops? Their discount is pretty much fixed and the sticker price is nett. If the watch is displayed at the side where all the more expensive brands are then it's a Thong Sia set. They have another area for their export sets which have no warranty.

This is an old thread, my apologies for digging it up again.



A friend from NZ would be in town for a few days and he was asking what are the current local prices for the SUN019 or the SUN043 and where would be a good place to buy them.

Haven't been keeping track of those watches, so had to ask here.
