If using NATO, I'd suggest a thicker fabric one. This watch might look too heavy for normal NATO.

the existing leather bracelet was too large for my wrist.

Bought another leather bracelet but did not look right.

But change to a leather NATO, problem solved!

Looking at the pilot chrono 44mm.

Chronos... maybe lah... but not that as much as direct order from Germany where you may get as much as 2 blue bills or more... Gnomon may give discount under 2 blue bills... or even just one... no harm trying. After all, if you feel comfortable with local pricing, considering the convenience of after sales servicing...

I reserved the ocean red twice. Both times I gave up after Fudfling with it. Somehow doesn't really speak to me whenever I see it in the flesh.

Actually what i meant was, your use of the word, "bracelet", instead of strap.

Most of the german sites i go, states straps as bracelets. While other sites i go, straps are straps, bracelets are bracelets.. :lol: :lol:

bracelets can be order directly from STEINHART Germany... comes with free shipping as well as won't kenna GST provided if your order is not more than 2 in total value.

BUT!

Note that the bracelets you order from STEINHART, be it the SS or DLC for the Nav.B Chrono or handwind, will come with straight lug end. There'll be no curve links, as those curve links will only be allocated to 44mm SS Nav.B Chrono standard sales package. This was just recently confirmed by RIKER of WUS.


The 22mm curved end bracelet is only available at this pont on the 44mm Nav II chronograph with bracelet.

Nice. I,m wonderg if the brown is actually darker than the website pjotos. More like chocolate brown. The website photo seems quite light brown. But my ocean 1 green also lookd much greener on the website. Lol
