So depending on the function required right. In fact some of the lifts works better in bare foot but going bare Ina gym is a no no.
Anyway. Tried out today, sure feels good. Connected with the floor, way better than a canvas shoe. My old shoe kept bruising my big toe when I adjust my feet between reps.
