btw.. went for metro sales at expo hall 5 today. got doc martens at abt $120, goldlion shoes at $39, obermain at $89 and brands like crocodile and frank williams also.

Yeah, as much as I love Vader and Death Star, black on black is kinda mundane, so I've given it a pass.. As a fan of star wars and adidas, I gotta say I'm not pleased..

Any Adidas lover ought to try to be a member of e Adidas Factory member. I forgotten e criteria but maybe jus spend a deal of $200 at Adidas factory outlet located at Novena Sq. Any future Adidas clearance sale will entitle another 40% off e sale price. Very gd deal cos I ever c e factory outlet clearing some Star wars Shell Toes edition. Very cool looking ! Running deals can be bought at less than $50 a pair. I ever bought their big white Trefoil trainer bags at $18.

Actually I'm not a star wars fan but my wife was bugging me to get a nice pair of sneakers. Finally decided on the x wings for its design and size availability. Haha.



Wore it the whole of yday, I must say its rather comfy.

i find pedro quality quite poor imo , ish cambodian brand a lot of ppl dont knoes acherly thought is sinky brand

Charles & Keith is parent company.... fairly well known.



Shoes... I got a few Allen Edmonds when on sale a while ago, but v. hard getting from the USA if you haven't tried it on and can't compare by last / size... hit and miss in terms of sizing. But then again, they're too expensive to wear day-to day. :lol: Mostly wear my Bata $30.00 black leather shoes. :P ;)



I do want to go down to PLal in KL to see the fit of the shoes they carry (especially want a C&J monks), but just haven't gotten around to it yet, and $500 really makes me think twice...

first actual local shoemaker i've heard of, handcrafted and all. and price seems friendly



other than the funky names of their shoes i think they do a pretty mean full brogue

Hmmm, how is their quality as compared to other brands? I'm actually more interested in the fact that they offer recrafting; prices looking about the same level as better known brands / cobblers (though all in the USA), so am wondering if it's worth giving here or waiting until I make a trip to America.

i do know that their leather is from asia to bring down costs so quality wise cant compare with european leathers

stitching is pretty solid , but the stiching groove is too narrow for my liking , and after some time when the sole wears thin sure the stitching will kenna , unless u do topy lo

fit wise is very comfy , the shoe frame also solid

all in all i think its worth the money

Thanks fireal, guess I'll keep my shoes until I go to the USA and get them recrafted over there... It would be interesting to look at their RTW shoes, but would really need to see it in person and try them on before buying, especially as I usually requier wide sizes....
