this just arrived for me... tool, strap, watch...handwinding, and it is quite fun to wind and see the power reserve meter go up

nice ceramic-like bezel, sapphire crystal is nice and clear

dive extension ratchets like the MM300

watch is huge by my standards - here it is next to a ploprof

Looks great. This piece is with the newer movt right?

Mind to share the damage?

Re: [OFFICIAL]- LAST HOOT of 2011 thread...
@Roo: yes bigger than the MM300. The SKX007 is already bigger than the M300, and the Orient 300 is bigger than the SKX. As can be seen from the photo, it is about Ploprof size :)

@Evi: Yes this is the newer movement :) It feels quite nice - winding is smooth, crown stem feels solid. I got this from the US, can't recall exactly how much I paid, but basically I got 50% off the US list price. Probably a shade under SGD1.5k for just the watch iirc, cos it wasn't a recent purchase.

Wah!!!!! That's quite a catch there at under 1.5k..gx gx :)

Yup, agreed, it's a good price. I was hunting for a 2-tone OS300 but they are near 2K

I almost forgot about my orient liao (actually also got one Ray, but my colleague took it liao.... heng ah). So today I received this:

Yesterday I bought this. It is a collab, G-shock x GLOBE, and is military tactical inspired. Night-vision friendly red display, stealthed bezel and straps, carbon-look keeper. Solar, tide-graph, and unique inverse-red module.

On Sat, I got this, a military tactical inspired seiko chronograph.

On Fri, met some bros at K2 for a meet-up. Lucky Ah Goh never show (well at least never show me) any holiao, so I escaped with just this and 8 straps:

Change the dial lor, small issue. :D If I keep it, that's something I'm likely to do. This is made-in-japan anyway, so put a OS dial in and it should fit swee swee....

Seems like companies back then liked this coat-of-arms style of logo. In a way quite charming. And unless you're a smoker, an Orient logo shouldn't remind you of hoonkee...

Hmm... tough choice! If i change the thread title, we would not be able to know what's the real last catch of fellow brudders here. If i don't change, the posts are getting sengek(tilting) to O.T liaoz... instead of focusing on the catch... we're now looking at who's the last hunter who continue to hunt at 2359:59 of the final day of the year!(thanks to Mustafa Center loh!)

So... for the fun of looking at who's the jockey to hold their horse before hitting the red line at the end of the year track...

TADA!

[OFFICIAL]- THE LAST HOOTER of 2011- whose horse will stop! http://forums.seikoclubsg.com/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=1939

Let's see who'll be the final champion of the year!
