I guess i shall create a thread here for all who made their last purchase of the year... no matter what makes SWISS, JAPS, CHINESE, or INDIANs(TITAN or HMT), all are welcome!



Initially i thought that the SANDOZ MOP dial "Yatchmaster" will be the last of the year... Well another is in the process of delivery now from Germany, that could be reaching tomorrow or Monday.

No doubt... cheapest 7750 in the market... however have to order from Germany.

In addition, when it comes to the name... i assume there are numbers of collecting folks have little confidence with the brand.

No matter how much you loon... the COE itself is going to suck a large volume of your blood if i'm not wrong on the recently changed COE requirements on old cars?

The PQP is now averaged over a year instead of 3 cycles. This will immediately impact the cars nearing renewal. However, I tend to look at old cars with COE already renewed (preferably in 2019), so that I will not be held ransom by the current high PQP. Sigh... still, better to pass on this :cry:

Since we're talking vintage cars, this was my old Celica TA 22 back when i was studying, saw a few in Singapore, hope can find and restore one, miss it so badly...

There are still some of these in singapore. I left my contact on two nice ones I saw, but apparently the owners did not want to sell. Old jap cars are trickier than old contis to make good, from my experience.



Recently a very good white one was on sale in sgcarmart. The COE would have expired by now, but earlier this year the owner wanted 38k or something for it.

yes kenna GST, pay later. I usually do it via bank transfer thn email and inform them.
