Titanium GS, 72hrs pr, salesman say can handwind!

SO I wind lo, many turns pr indicator no go up leh! Say 72 lo,need many turns!



Btw its 10% off rrp at the show. Usually at TS, 5 nia or at most absorb gst lo.

This is more affordable though , but rrp is still 1.1k

Bracelet wears like a cuff!







Didn't managed to take pics at Ananta counter. Dynamic duo of spikey hair n speck gal looks unfriendly !

S$7,800 is actually quite ok for a GS diver I think. I'm not saying that it is "cheap" or "affordable", but I do remember GS divers going for more..

they actually managed to put a pc of small mirror on the watch stand, so u can see the see through caseback and movement w/o taking out the watch from showcase!!!

Waahhh this one is VERY sweeeeeet!!

Much much nicer in the flesh. The SA brought out for me to see.

The rose gold bezel and screwdown pushers, matt finish black stainless steel.

Hand applied finish black dial... Drool!



Really hv to ask to take out and see. Looks very different than when viewed in display box.

LE 700 pcs only. Was told by SA this is the only piece in SG. #618/700 iirc.

Just a thought, don't flame me brother. I'm very new in Seiko. I always feel that Seiko have great movement but will they have the support for their creation. Example I use to have a vintage Leica camera thats are way bk in their 40s, I send bk to German for service, it came bk as if is brand new. If I send a vintage Seiko bk to Japan will I get the same treatment? Or will I get the watch fix with new parts?

Yes if u ask me. It took them close to 10 yrs to launch the Spring Drive and usually, spare parts will be readily available for the nxt decade, at least.



For vintages, it shld still be obtainable for the parts, if the model numbers runs frm the same series, most of the parts can be used for one another but of cos, thereight be exceptional cases whereby parts for that particular model is totally obsolete then bopian.

actually Spen raised a point nagging my mind as well. For rolex (I'm not as familiar with other brands), the support lasts for minimum 30 years from the discontinuation of a particular movement. Springdrive is highly advanced, and there is nothing like it in the market, so i assume cross-compatibility with any other movement is probably zilch. Among swiss collectibles, enamel-dials are most times irreplaceable. If I cannot order a simple plastic injection Seiko Pogue inner bezel from Thong Sia (albeit >30 years old), what recourse do we have should a specialised Springdrive component fails? This is after taking into account that 6138/9 chronos were bread-n-butter models then, not high-end low-quantity models.
