Wah... barely two days nia.... so happening liaoz har..... Seiko intro new piece liaoz si bo.......How come din see sellwatch or Oosim bros at bencoolen ..... I was there with my co and bb and afterwhich went opposite to OG.... I was checking G-shock not really taking notice of these watches..... :shock:
Personally, the design is nice but the 24hr sub dial at 12 o'clock is not a plus unless u're wearing this watch while oversea and need to keep track of s'pore time or you are lost somewhere in the rainforest/cave..... other than this minus point.... the watch do have many plus points.... the slideruler bezel is a very nice touch.... big case, hacking 4R37 movt etc..... at dat price very good liaoz lor....
Somehow..... just me nia hor (dun flame me)..... the watch did not sing to me..... if and only if.... Seiko replace the 24hr sub with sec sub and do away with the second hand..... then will be swee swee liaoz to me..... :mrgreen:

Just wondering why yeoman one is one rubber? At 3D all also on bracelet.
maybe he prefer the rubber variant cos I find the rubber strap design quite nice also.. and if you like wearing leather strap than rubber/bracelet,might as well go for the rubber SS version cos cheaper than bracelet SS version..
3D should have rubber version bah maybe haven put or need to ask...

I reason why I chose the SSA003 and not the other models is because of the contrasting slide rule. It has two effects:
- offers colour contrast to the watch instead of black all over.
- the silver part of the slide rule creates an illusion that makes the dial/watch look bigger.

To my eyes, the all black bezel looks bigger. But I see your point, and definitely agree on the contrast bit. So that means I cannot stop at one :( :( :(
