doubt is possible bro, might incur a higher cost to the existing pricing as Obris Morgan has to create a new mold for the case and it will not be cheap,haha

There's a minor issue on the MOQ now.
We have to have at least 50pcs now in order to get a good price per watch, which is 279usd each (about S$370) excluding shipping.
Justin is still giving us this price despite us having a fully customised sandwich dial with date at 6, which he has to get his supplier to make a new mold just for us & a full customised caseback but the catch is, a MOQ of 50pcs.
We are almost at 35pcs and to hit 50pcs in our forum, it can be challenging.
Meanwhile, I will still leave the registration thread open for a while but will set a closing date for it soon.
We hope to aim for 50pcs now.
This Proj watch might stretch for a while so kindly bear with us while we are settling this MOQ thingy ;)

we have not explored to intl market as of yet.
our intention is to keep this model only within Singapore, within SCS itself for its exclusivity.
By opening up to WUS or SCWF, chances are, the MOQ issues will be solved but at the same time, it will not be 'exclusive' to SCS anymore.
but this option will be kept open if we are going to push this project through.

Like for example, if we would like to make more of those case-back or let say use back the same design. Can we approach them again as there is existing mold.

Hitting 50pcs might be challenging but if we don't hit and still foot at 35pcs or slightly more. What is the ordering price and I believe it will be slightly higher or could be more.
Or we just tell them this will be a OEM mold which Justin can use it for their future market if they keen; just like a generic case-back.
With the above suggestion, I believe we might not need to hit 50pcs since it will be are shared mold with them.
or you could ask Justin whether he keen to develop this case-back mold with your or shared design of the case-back?

Alrite, seems like sandwich dial is not an option anymore ;) 'Hello Mason,
I have contacted dial factory this morning.
If it has to do Sandwish dial the cost are crazy high.
Usually, at least need to leave 0.8mm. In Explorer watch case we only leave 0.4mm for dial.
They can't use standard material to do it.
So we only can do thick print. Deeply apologies for this.
And Refer to the mold, we won't re-use any of your parts included dial, bezel and caseback to others.

The ownership of the process and mold doesn't belong to us since we didn't pay for it, although it's cost in to the watch. The MOQ for us and for him is also 50, so that's the main milestone for us to cross before the project can start.
I'm not personally communicating with Justin but we can feel that he wants this project to be a success and he's maintaining the same price point despite the amount of customization requested.
So let's shoot for 50. All we ask is patience and commitment of everybody :)

Thick print is fine or go with applied markers? Saw the latest renders, think the dark date wheel looks better?
All of OM watches are in thick print, no applied markers from what I had googled.
I am ok with thick print as the 'depth' will be there.
Applied markers, I believe will adds on the costing :oops:

Nothing to be powerful or influential as I was trying my little effort to make this project watch hit 50pcs marks.
Most of the big effort is done by Lunarin bro as he design & communicated with Justin and back to this forum to update us with latest information.
He should grab the name of powerful & influential in SCS not me...:)

PVD makes me nervous..look what happened to my Golgo Tuna. Plus I took a look at my friend's SINN PVD coated watch, even that showed wear and tear on the case and the bracelet was totally toasted with many areas showing bare steel...and he's a office bound guy that doesn't put his watches through much.
