Yes anything more than 400SGD. But sometimes can escape. I bought from higuchi twice, once got taxed, another time no tax.

The last time I bought Tuna from Higuichi kena tax, abt S$80+

What is the procedure for tax payment? How would we know whether we have been taxed? Thinking of ordering a GS from Higuchi.
