did you try going hongkong post website to log a case?i have experience delay shipment during chinese festive seasons though. I did order something from dagaz and from strapcode in july and they arrived."telepgm"
Anyone experienced that? Hong Kong Post indicated that my Item was sent out since 19th of July. No sign of it in SG yet.
Jacob said he has done his best & can't do anything about it, and shipment to July 2014 in Singapore has been delayed for most.
Singpost said it can't track any item which had not arrived in Singapore yet.
Obviously someone screw up
somewhere.
Anyone experience similar situation? Especially for shipment sent out in July 2014?

I dont think its a problem with the dealer.
I think its a forwarder issue.
