Very delayed deliver from Dagaz
Anyone experienced that? Hong Kong Post indicated that my Item was sent out since 19th of July. No sign of it in SG yet.



Jacob said he has done his best & can't do anything about it, and shipment to July 2014 in Singapore has been delayed for most.



Singpost said it can't track any item which had not arrived in Singapore yet.



Obviously someone screw up

somewhere.



Anyone experience similar situation? Especially for shipment sent out in July 2014?

did you try going hongkong post website to log a case?i have experience delay shipment during chinese festive seasons though. I did order something from dagaz and from strapcode in july and they arrived.

I ordered some LED light bulbs from China (or HK, not sure which) via ebay



The items reached me in > 60 days, I logged a complaint on paypal and was in the process of getting my refund when the item arrived.



Apparently they are using some stupid forwarder in Singapore.

I have ordered various items from Dagaz several times.

Usually, they reach me within 2 weeks, longest was 3 weeks.

I think last month delivery is taking too long from HK. My watch band, from a ebay seller, sent last month 14th july has not arrived yet. I have dealt with this ebay dealer several times, and each time it arrived in about 2 weeks.

any updates TS? my experience with 10 watches was okay. the shipping time was average probably about 3 weeks but items (watch hands and dial) reached me without damage.



just visited their website and surprise to see a notice saying that all shipping to Singapore is suspended till further notice.

I dont think its a problem with the dealer.



I think its a forwarder issue.

4PX is the forwarder's name.

Good on you. Happy for you too. Damn miserable; although it is only USD$30. But if Serkali didn't arrive, it's like paying for someone's mistake when it's not your fault.

Guys, my dials arrived finally. Approximately 7-8 weeks of waiting. Painful, but at least they arrived. :)
