Sent the shroud back and got my refund.



Nett loss of 5 SGD for the postage. But at least no more trouble for why that darn thing doesn't fit well and the edges are so sharp and how to force it in. :lol:

Yobokies never reply to me (but i never complain to paypal) , thought i'll wait till this weekend if he is still MIA or not.

You have 45 days from date of payment to raise a dispute.

Hi Guys, I managed to fit Harold's DLC Shroud onto my White Sardine without too much issues :mrgreen:



It did require a bit of wiggling before I could line up the three holes for the screws....but no filing or modding of the shroud was needed :D



I did try to see if it would fit onto my other Sardine, which is the Limited Edition Bronze one with case that is black. Maybe its the additional black coating on the case, but I could not get the DLC shroud to slide down too much. I didn't dare to apply too much force for fear of damaging the coating on the watch.

I think the first batch has ones that come fitting well. If I din recall wrongly, Badern ordered 2. One can fit and one cannot.

Yup! Ordered 2 and only one fit. The other was way too tight to sit all the way in. Poor QC imo. But we have no choice .... still have to get from him and try our luck... ;)

I managed to fit the DLC Shroud onto my Ltd End Bronze Sardine :mrgreen:



Took a bit of wiggling..but no tools or modding was required :D

So how was it? I'm thinking of ordering SS Shroud for my Sardine, Do it worth to order the shroud from Yobokies or I just dump my dream? :?

Someday... Can someone enlighten me if there is a MO for this shroud in this forum?
