market place

I am a new member from miami, fl and cannot locate the market place area of the forum ?? I find lots of seiko dive watches at the flea market in upstate florida...just located a H558-5001 "Arnie" with a broken shroud for $35 US...anyone know where to locate a plastic or metal shroud ? I tried "Armsaver" on ebay and he has none at this time. Thanks.

the reason why we impose this rule is because we try not to have new members joining this forum just only to gain access into marketplace only w/o contributing constructive posts.



this is a very casual forum, we do hope all new comers will also contribute, be it Jap, Swiss or other brands.



when you guys hang around long enough, you'll know it's really a close knit forum here.

Frankly discussion forum and market place are complementary.

So imposing minimum 10 posts may turn some people off.

But since this is the rule here, the members need to abide by it

I always want to emphasis the market place is really "by the way, there's a sales section" thing and not the main focus and draw factor for Seiko Club.



Which is why we impose a min. of 10 posts before you have access to avoid members with a sales agenda and the fieat 10 posts for moderation helps with spam control.



If you noticed, there's hardly any spam here as the mods are hard at work approving all new member posts.



Anyway, there are already established forums with way more exposure.
