The Official Market Place Section Feedback Thread

I always want to emphasis the market place is really "by the way, there's a sales section" thing and not the main focus and draw factor for Seiko Club.



Which is why we impose a min. of 10 posts before you have access, to discourage members with a sales agenda and the first 10 posts for moderation helps with spam control.



With the new rule, new members will gain read-only access to the Market Place, posting rights will be restricted to a closed group.



Anyway, there are already established forums with way more exposure.



Feel free to leave your feedback and comments, we always welcome suggestions but the interest of the forum is priority, not the interest of a sales individual.

IMO, it was never not. Our discussion threads outnumber the sales posts by a large percentage. As mentioned, there's always SG ROC and SWX which have a more established sales forum and they have way more members.



From a sales point of view, you will prefer a larger viewer-ship.



So anyway, I will be very candid here, we welcome members who are genuinely contributing to the forum and not members who don't contribute, registered to clock 10 posts, post a WTS with their 11th post and disappear forever.
