Agreed. I read from the web that if not done properly, the plastic shroud may break too. And also quite troublesome to get the metal one from overseas. If I can get it in Singapore then I will ask watchshop like K2 to help to change. Maybe just labor fee. Cheers!

pls do take note, esp for the pip. There is a small screwdriver, make sure you tighten it every now & then or seal it with loctite.
There's always a risk the entire pip will drop out unknowingly when the screw loosens by itself over time.
