Thought i'd mention my Seiko purchase's while here in Singapore , using my Master Card debit card . Incurred a 3% international servicing fee :o , seems one cant escape greedy bank fee's :x

Actually I thought that is illegal for shop to charge additional fee for credit card payment? Or is it too difficult to enforce?

Am not sure what the law in Singapore says in this regard , but in Aust its quite common on purchases over $2000+ unless the retailer wears the cost .
