Thanks Bro... never ask. The condition of the watch quite good. I saw another young couple was looking at the reduce one. Till I ask the shop owner took out the big brother, they open their eyes big big and hold on to it after i left.

Any good advise in selecting the big brother?? any price guide to look for?? i was searching around in the forum but could not locate it, i remember CEO was saying around 2.7k to 3.2k?? pai seh ah.....

I was watching a HongKong Movie 《大追捕》 acted by Simon Yam, spotted one of our bro's grail. Is that a original orangie strap??

quite a good show

Oh ya... I think I "shoot Bird"... >>> The actors carried their roles very well and good story line. Come to think about it, this watch suits tanned looking guys. It contrasts the strap very well....:)

WOOO....Omega Dynamic?

The strap will be a pain to source as it is not mounted in the typical way...

Very nice...but i not a expert in omega to tell if the dial, hands and case has been refinished...

Very minty to me though for a 40 plus years old watch!

Brudder Fei Long, you are definately right. It's a Dynamic for sure.

From the looks of the photo, the dial is probably recon as it looks too "new" to be NOS.

These lovely (albeit recon) "Racing dials" don't come cheap either. I heard from Pak-Hendry (Asia Time Pieces) and Mr. Goh (K2), that they cost at least $200 and usually made in India or Malaysia.

The typical dynamics are usually the blue bull's eye one...sure shot classic, sure pass the "Ten-Foot-Viewing" Test.

As for straps, Swatch Group has the original ones sometimes readily available at $107 (buckle at $45, sold seperately). Shaun (Heirloom Gallery) and Mr. Goh's dynamic's after market straps are decent, but I prefer Mr. Goh's one cos it's THICKER and looks more robust. The prics is around $15 - $25, depending on quality.

I love Dynamics! Let's have a Dynamic Thread when we have enough khakis!

"Poison"

There are oso bracelet for Dynamics.

Good point, Brudder Poison.

Swatch group does not have the new ones readily available, but you can surely order them with a 4 - 6 weeks waiting period.

The bracelet, Strap Ring and Mini-Spring bars are all sold seperately and it'll cost around $400 - $450. I know the price well, cos I broke the bank for this one! Shucks... :o

But here comes the good news, Mr. Ken Chia (of Ken's Vintage Watches) sometimes have old Dynamic Bracelets for sale and he charges reasonable at around $150 - $180. Yes, strap ring and mini-spring bars included.

Wish I met Ken earlier!

Just my contribution; I hope it's helpful to all newbies to the old-world of Omega Dynamics!
