there is no need to remove the day/date wheels.

it does not get in the way of the new dial. it is best to leave the movement with all its parts intact.


All of you are pro in automatic mah... so bo need one lah.....



But hor.... the FFF dial bo day/date window.... so my thinking is that you can turn the hands backward when setting time instead of the usual way of turning the hands forward..... won't dat be cool... :shock: In order to do these, the day/date wheels and the engaging gears all need to be remove from the movt. And may possible enable to crown to pull out to 1 click instead of the usual 2 clicks since there'll be no more engagement of the day/date. :idea:

ytd, i was at serangoon central and asked one shop there. he quoted only $200!

if i push, probably can get $190.



but i see the lume not even on the hr hand and the date wheel somehow not very align, so never try. :(



today again, no time to go down bencoolen.. grrrr

I dunno the unit no. but it's just a couple shops down from the Good Luck supermarket, near the bus interchange.

There is abt 2-3 shop that sells sporting goods and watches.

When I went only one was open.

Maybe u hv better luck.

I believe that design is the latest from WUS.. I still prefer the original Rotor System 55 ;)

K2 has a good variety of straps, leather, nato, carbon fibre, you might find one that fits the FF or perhaps your other watches ;)

that dial was being sold for usd45 iirc. i almost bought it, heng i waited a while then the current dial became available.

My brother just saw some SNZH57 in HK. Price is U$197. Too expensive. Shop also said that's it's a hot item. I guess they know lots of people looking for it, that's why they jack up their price. The law of Supply and Demand. I was also looking for a spare to bring for you guys when I go to Singapore tomorrow, however, the 1st I saw has some damage. The other new one is expensive. It's selling approximate. Sgd 240.

Check with u guys who own the snzh57 FF mod. Realised the "lobang" between the hardlex crystal and the bezel is quite big from this photo...... yours the same?

I can't recall off hand, could be a slight domed crystal. Not like the Sinn where it's flushed to the bezel.

I'm beginning to feel the gold markers bezel may be a little ostentatious. Feel like modding the dial onto the silver bezel.
