buying JDM Seiko model

Hi everybody, I'm from Viet Nam, i'm going to visit your beautiful Singapore next January and intend to buy a Japan domestic Seiko model. I have my eye on the Sarw011 and would like to visit Bigtime store as Yeoman blog suggestion. I see the price list on their website and wonder if I could have any discount? Please advise, thanks in advance.
