A simple 007 mod

Just sharing a simple mod that ive done to my 007...

Watch: Seiko SKX007J

Bracelet: President (Mr Goh - K2)

Dial: PO (yobokies)

Hands: MOD White with red second tip (yobokies)

Crystal: Dome sapphire with blue tint (yobokies) [special thks to bro sellwatch! ;)]

just a suggestion, maybe u can change the chapter ring to either a matt black type or a chrome type.

usually if i mod a diver watch, i will go for plain chapter ring.

cos the minute hash lines from the dial, chapter ring & dots on the bezel makes it looks too complicated, too many hash lines ;)

Ah, look like the OMG SM300... very nice...

Agreed with CEO on the chapter ring, too busy..

The mod can be slowly improved... take your time.. enjoy it for a while, then make some changes, you get a new watch :lol:

Ya, ive consider that before my mod.. but im afraid that a plain chapter ring might "shrink" the dial face, so i went ahead with the original ring first, intending to make it appear as though like its part of the dial...

so far im still ok with the look.. but will bear in mind your advice.. will change if it gets weird... :)

true,I agree that it looks too bz with the additional hash minute marks on chapter ring,its like a triple combo..

101 instead of 111... bezel markers+dial min makers enough riao as what normal divers will be like.

in your case,understand its to make dial appear bigger... by using 111 visual effect.. ;)

Yup yup... Really v v sextisfying!!! considering the time spent in preparing the mod, plus waiting for the parts to arrive, and finally seeing the final product emerge from the beautiful workmanship of Mr Goh :D !!!

Forgotten to mention, met Yeoman while at Mr Goh there doing my mod... Nice chatting with him ;)
