Needs some help on sourcing Crown / Tube

Hi , I needs to buy the below item.



Its for my 6309-ETA project and is now pending only a Trip-Lock Crown and Tube.



Have been looking around the market seems none is available.

Any bro has any idea where i can buy these ?
