How's the GPS tracking on the Polar?

GPS connection is fast, much faster than the Garmin. First try less than 30 sec and I was connected.

I guess these new generation GPS watches are much better in that area.

The Garmin I was using is already 3 yo, so older technology. It's FR210

connection to GPS is about 30 sec compared to 1-3 mins for the old garmin.

Anyway this is the first time using the Polar, let me try a few more times.

Cool bro anyway I using garmin fenix 3, locks faster than 30 secs heehee, has many watch face to download, download widgets, function like world time, hunting time, temperature and many more. Can also get calls, texts and many notifications when connect to hp.



I have been using 310xt, 910xt, tactic and now fenix 3, always garmin fan. Yes older garmin lock gps longer. Fenix 3 is super cool

Wah u expert with GPS watch, shd hv consulted you first!

Anyway all this gadgets improves with time and your Fenix 3 is really awesome.

My M400 is basic with HRM and can connect to HP and PC. Use it mostly for running. :)

Garmin in a way is quite focus on gps products, if I am not wrong polar only came out gps not long ago.



Oh ya forget I also own the timex huge gps watch. Look nice but cannot make it.



So fenix3 is the best upgrade so far, even fenix2 is not near to fenix 3 imho.



Enjoy your polar to see if fit your usage, if it does it's fine.

Bring urs go dip water, cheongsua, lub sand, mud bath... Sooner or later will look sibeh rugged! Can ram ur polar liaoz! :mrgreen:

Okie. Jokes aside, the movement really very tough! Coming to 20 liaoz, still haven't went for oil bath. Every time approach locter Goh, he keep saying no pengaan, no need operation.
