Hi guys,



I'm getting into vintage Seiko but still quite a newbie here.



Would like to ask if anyone has used Beng watch repair and service located at bendemeer wet market before to service their old seikos and how the service is. I know there is mr goh at k2. Just asking cos I frequent the area.

Couldn't comment on the repair. But the old fella @ Beng was an old watchmaker with ChinaWatch when CW was the distributor for TITONI then... Being a resident around Bendemeer, i had numbers of time passing by his stall/shop and most of the time it seems that he is doing sales than repair. Will he accept old Seiko calibres or not... it's up to you to ask. But i personally would urge you to go to K2 better.

No lah i mean those old timer collectors hanging ard that tekka shop r frm the era with no internet google lah. They hunt n play with legs not like us hunt with google lah.

Wah, I've never known got watch shop at tekka market. May I know where is it located at? Wanna go recce a bit since it's nearby :)

there's 1 ah hai use to be from golden landmark but shift to PPC liao.

tekka hai. Frm wat i knw goh told me he is 1st gen watchmaker in sg. N i ever saw lucky chinatown ah meng go there eat watch.

Hi bros, just to update this thread, the uncle at Beng watch shop does service Seiko. Brought my 7019-7000 last week for him to service and just went to collect from him. Haven't set the time yet haha. Everything seems to be running good

Yup! Got a 7019-7350 still with Mr Goh. That one has a faceted crystal. Got them as a pair from eBay.
