Sumo Hunting Season?

Hi just a quick question, where is a good place to get Seiko Sumo in Singapore? Just got into this Seiko craze! Went K2 Mr Goh said he don't carry them nor can special order. Realised skywatches at Chinatown does sell them. Also saw from some old thread some forum members ordered from Japan Hxx and Sxx sites. Thanks in advance.

Ya many many on sale now on local forums. Skywatch price is too high for sumo la. Cheapest will be to buy from rakuten seller.

Try carousell. Some are quite reasonably priced

Did some quick search here are the findings for sumo pricing.



1. Rakuten: can get one for around S$515 (anyone bought from there before, safe?)

2. Carousell: avg around $600+

3. Skywatches: around S$590 (not sure can bargain down...)

4. BigTime: around S$630



By the way find the sumo looks a bit like one of the Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean.

Got my sbdc001 & sbdc027 from skywatches. True may not be cheaoest but you can check the index alignments when buying personally. :)

I have bought from Rakuten Global twice, both have arrived safely/quickly as they use Japan EMS. You also get a bit of protection when you use Paypal. No quality control experienced so far.

You can try Japan online store Seiya, Higuchi, Chino, etc. I have purchased a few watches from them and so far no issue.
