One unexpected side effect of collecting seiko
Since I started collecting Seiko, suddenly I have the motivation to finally go ahead and book a diving course for me and my wife.



Otherwise all those lovely watches will never be used for what they were created for.



Any other bros here that dive?

I'll stick to playing guitars, I think can attract more girls. Even more so while playing guitar with my Seiko Dive Watch on my left wrist (my Chord pressing hand). Damn glam, damn shiok & damn uncle to 騙小妹妹。 \m/ rock never dies, but Seiko lives!

It's like an inside joke.... Which is why it's so fun



Everybody can join the other club by just spending money on a branded watch.





My family thought I lost my mind when I wore my sumo to a formal event.



Another guy there was wearing tuna under his sleeves. He looked at me and I nodded back with mutual understanding.

After hours of reading, I gather that the 6215's astronomical price is due to its ultra rarity and significance in Japanese watch making history. Most of them are in the good homes of collectors worldwide and not for sale. 99.99% of our friends will never appreciate this piece and it's value though. Pawn shops usually only take in easy sell pieces like Rolex and Omega. I am not sure how much those pawn shops will want to offer you for a 6215, but to some watch collectors, a good specimen of it is priceless. You're a lucky man to have this piece in your safe.
