Dial change



Dial size reduction



Crown guard removal ( seiko 6105 clone).



All on seiko or dagaz

or you can design your mod; get all parts in by yourself and ask K2 to assembly for you with a small fee or just buy the watch that you intend to mod from K2.

What do you mean by dial size reduction?



Removing crown guard is a big job.

Dial reduction would usually mean reducing the outer diameter of the dial to fit a case. Such as a 29mm dial to fit into a 28.5mm case diameter.



As for crown guard removal, would really depend on the type of guard. As in does it require machining work on the milling machine or is it a matter of using a bench press to press it out ??? Or in some ideal cases, just a few screws.

it is very very hard to reduce a dial diameter by 0.5mm AND at the same time not damage the dial paintwork.



i think it is best if the OP is specific on what work is required for which specific project. it would be easier for bros to advise.

Yes. Not that difficult with the right equipment but still needs plenty of skill to do it good and proper.
