The other day, my wife and I were at Mustafa and asked to see those Seiko wooden table top clocks. We turned the clock to look at the back and we wanted to laugh. The clock "mechanism" are those normal square boxes, we thought it would be something else as the clock looked grand and made of wood.

I don't think so. Unless it's a grandfather clock or a cuckoo clock.
This is a Russian clock, USSR era. You can hunt for them on eBay.
I even have one that has an alarm function with a hammer to hit the bells.
