Just bought a sardine... and I hate the strap!

This is the first watch that I'd have the honor to call my own.



Previous watches that I've worn belonged to my family members, and have almost always consisted of metal bracelets(original seiko ones).



The current strap I'm using (shows z22 on the side), is really stiff, has grooves on the side that brings discomfort when I tighten the watch, and well just isn't that comfortable on the whole.



Does anyone have any suggestions with regards to changing straps? I've heard from some about isofrane, but I'm just not dedicated enough to buy a strap that's over 100USD after this buy.

Those straps do look really nice, do you have any suggestions for places I can purchase them for/ try them on?

or there are sellers in sg-roc selling 22mm thick straps (search for level z)

Hmm I feel divers belong on bracelets or rubber/silicone straps. Leather okay once in a while? Yeah Seiko Z22 not the most comfy strap in the world. Try putting the straps in a cup and pour booking water in to soften and curve the straps some?

Can try K2. I put mine on a leather strap from Fossil, imthink about 50 bucks or you can try Nato or Zulu.



Really a personnal choice.

for wrist ard 6" like mine, rubber/silicon is not really suitable as the tail part tends to stick out a lot :|

Ya this one is irritating, that's why till now I have yet to try isofrane...probably too long for my wrist.
