Re: citizen night hawk
Thank you! The lume to the naked eyes is more bluish-green, but to the digital camera it is blue.

That has to do with the white balance setting of the camera, it will affect the final colour output.

For eg

Previously, I poisoned 2 colleagues to buy it, lol

Re: citizen night hawk
The image sensor is more sensitive to blue than our eyes. It is also because of the way my DSLR process the raw information. The white balance was on manual.

My second Citizen.

I promise!

Re: citizen night hawk
Oh, forgot mentioned that it is best to view the watch physically when buying. There are quite a few reviews complaining about the second hand not hitting the minute markers. I myself had to go through 3 samples before finding a reasonably accurate one. At 1st I gave up on buying one after the 2 units in the showcase (1 SS, 1 IP black) had this flaw. But the sale lady suggested that I look at 1 more from the storeroom. Well, lucky for me that one was spot on. Unlucky for me, that meant my wallet was lighter...

Bro funky_banana, for where did you purchase your US version from? Possible to share as I am also keen on the full lume and nighthawk word on dial over the case back.

Re: citizen night hawk
I have gotten mine from their evilbay site at a slightly cheaper price. What is the price that you reckon as I checked the local shops are also selling in that price range.
