Serviceable hour hand?

Bought a Seiko 5 Sports watch recently and upon very close inspection, I notice that the Lumibrite portion of the hour hand has some sort of blackish streaks/stains. Have emailed Thong Sia but they are pretty slow in their response.



I understand that their Service Centre is only open during weekdays which is unfortunate because I do have to work. Just want to know from you guys your opinion about this issue. May have to apply for a half-day just for this lovely watch.



Or perhaps their Service Centre do open in the weekends?

Sadly like most watch brand service centre, they only open on weekdays 9am to 6pm. So yeah u need to take time off at least. Or spend and use a local courier to deliver or if you bought your watch from large chain like city chain they can actually assist to send your watch.

I bought the watch at the Seiko boutique @ JEM. I guess I will pass the watch to them one of these days.
