Can anyone who has owned a Miyota 8215 powered watch comment on this movement accuracy? Is it known to be highly irregular? I have a watch that runs on Miyota 8215 and it's extremely erratic. It can be 2-3mins fast some days and spot on in others. Have sent for regulating twice and not sure what else can i do. Any advise?

How old is it? Perhaps it needs to be over hauled?

Btw. The strange thing is. It's spot on when left in the winder. It only starts to behave erractically when i'm wearing it.

My 1 week old NY-0045 is rather spot on.



If its under warranty, can send to Citizen I guess

tks for the feedback. Will test a couple of days then discuss with watchmaker what my options. It's not a citizen btw [SMILING FACE WITH OPEN MOUTH AND COLD SWEAT]

Sounds like it needs a service.[/quote]ya. Tested it last 2 days and it's still behaving erractically. Have sent it back to the watchmaker for replacememt :) tks for everyone.ms advise
