Hi guys, I had been hunting for a watch for some time and this baby really caught my eye. I'm wondering which shop in Singapore can I find the best deals for Seikos? It seems skywatches is selling Seikos at reasonable prices but this range is OOS. May I also have some recommendations for Seikos around this price range (1k)?

This range is difficult to find at the places with good discount like bencoolen, mostly OOS. I do remember seeing a few at Mustafa and they do offer a decent discount. Otherwise it will have to be seiko boutique or city chain.



Oh and skywatches are not authorized dealer hence no seiko warranty.

This should be much better... Base on the trace back of ur attached pic, Skywatches is selling this @ USD8xx, that somewhere close to 1k when changed to SGD. Kind of pricey... but considering it's a hybrid system movement... should be okay...



Otherwise, u may consider one using CITIZEN MIYOTA movement, priced much less after factoring in shipping charges.



SS case with strap no more available, but with bracelet still have for order.

Is mustafA an authorized dealer? No seiko warranty meaning if it spoils I'm screwed? For something that cost 1k I prefer to have some sort of safety net.



Seiko boutiques will be selling at much higher prices right?

Seiko boutique might have % but minimum. For mustafa, i'm not sure if % is offered.



Non-agent set, meaning if purchased elsewhere besides authorised seiko dealers, there will still be warranty but is in-house warranty, if there are issues with the watch, bring the watch back to the shop where u buy from.

For Mustafa the counter with all the kinetics are local thong sia set. The other counter selling a lot of seiko5 is non thong sia set. Mustafa price is fixed, what u see on the price tag is what you pay, no discount or bargain...BUT it is usually equal to 28-30% off retail already. Hence Mustafa discount is better than city chain, seiko boutique and many other places, just not as good as bencoolen.

Not necessarily... some models from WINs do not come with high discounts. It all depends on how many they take per in to inventory per model. Some models, common, popular and constantly moving ones gets higher discounts compare to other models. In addition, nowadays WINs is run by few China sales girls who do not give much discounts except the recommended rate such that they secure their standard commissions. But their price is still much competitive than any other 2 in the same building. Guan-Xi, may not be applicable nowadays.

Bought many price from WINs for myself, friends and colleagues...always get the standard 35%? Bought only two from 3D, also same discount. I know the other shops give less..
