How often do you service your seiko GS ?

How often do you service your seiko GS ?
Hi everyone,



Do you recommend a regular 5-7 years servicing/maintenance ? Or wait till there is problem with the watch such as stop working or accuracy is way off ? Which is better, would like hear your opinion ?

Depends on how deep your pockets... GS can only be serviced in Seiko Japan... About SGD1k. I personally don't intend to service so soon, except the hi-beat I got, cuz it was pre-loved...

Service when timing off. Or once every 900times wear, or 3years, whichever come 1st.

Service package depends on individual la.

I putting generic one.



My standard is every week must send service. Like that can bo?

Looks like it is not cheap to maintain GS in good working condition. Please sell cheap.

Wow 1k for service.. but if take into account need to send back to Japan..nothat bad.. Rolexes also cost a bomb even though they have service center locally. Of course, not counting sending to outside experts lije K2 or JW..

My pre-loved GS is four years old liao but it still keeps good time at +4sec / day.

The accuracy is not too bad for a 4years old GS. Do you wear it often ?
