I think u r right. Saw the 577 in CC @ J8. Quite nice with 4R35B movement leather strap. I liked the date display. Price was close 500 before15% discount. The sales person tgere did not seem to know that it is a limited edition though unnumbered. Happy hunting.

yeap. I liked the date display too :) since i,m a big fan of iwc and b&r watches,and pilot watches in general. these models have some similar look. Apart from the compass bezel. It would be really interesting if a normal monster bezel could fit but i doubt so since the case size is different.

This is also 1 of the rare models that i really like the stock leather strap, at this price range models most seiko stock leather straps are crap. It,s notched at the lugs which is a very nice feature. Just like the recent steinhart 10th anniversary pilot :) and the quality is pretty good surprisingly.

I agree with bro Jery... the bezel ..I dont really like it ..with all e North South East west...n there is not clicking sound when u rotate .. e feeling is like " not shiok " the date plate is COOl !!! Any bro already purchased it ??

Got a chance to drop by 3D today when they just open for business... This SSC281P1 is really a beauty... Took me 9 cow 2 tiger determination to walk away without buying... Luckily the sales girl never come attend to me, otherwise confirm buy on spot... Hehe
