Regulating A6498

Dear guys



Recently got myself a chinese watch with A6498 movement







I know regulating involves moving that lever. However im not very good with such delicate work and the last thing I want to do is ruin it.....



Any professional to reccomend in sg to help me out at a reasonable price?
