Where found SKX033 and why seiko stop it ?

hello everybody, I'm looking for a seiko diver SKX 033J or K. Where can I find one in good condition or new ?

Seiko decided to stop this model and I don't understand why... because so many people love it.

(therefore the new replacment model is not as appreciate as the original one.)
