Seiko Bullhead Servicing / repair

I have the above bullhead, time and chrono works but i can't get the day/date to quickset.



Brought it down to Mr Goh and he said he can't do due to spare parts.



I read that some bros have better luck with his bro in Chinatown (but that was from a thread a couple of years back)



i wonder if he still does it or does anyone have any idea where i can get it sent to for repairs/servicing?
