No it is original. This is my first Seiko and one of the cheapest Seiko 5 i picked up from a small shop in a wet market many years back.

All the bigger air con sellers give out installation to external freelance contractors. They only have a very small qty of in house installation ppl. So its all luck dependant for quality as such contractors try and put in as much jobs in a day.
The only more certain timing a aircon man will come on time is the 1st job of the day. Rest are all dependant on each job running smoothly. Which usually has some cock up, thus the later u made the appointment in the day. The more chances they will be late.

I got my aircon from Gain City and the servicing seems good and puncture till now... Any good service contractor can recommend as my maintenance contract with Gain City is nearly up... :D
