Thong sia warranty?

Hi I have gotten a watch from a brother from another forum and the watch was purchased in jarkarta with the standard blue seiko warranty card but no receipt.

The card has been stamped by the shop in the authorized dealer column, may I know is it considered an international warranty and can be recognized by thong sia Singapore?

Not sure, I only know that JDM watch models with non local AD stamped warranty card will not be serviced in SG but will be sent back to Japan at your cost for warranty repair.

Best to give Thong Sia a call?

Anyway the watch is the ltd edition blue monster and my concern is that the bezel is slightly out of alignment and feels very loose when I turned it(as compared to my srp311 which is still very tight after 1+ years). And when I rotate it clockwise it actually turns back 1 click which means he bezel spring is probably worn/loose. Rightfully it's only uni-directional and only turns anti-clockwise.

Any advice what should I do to it?

Even if no warranty I believe thong sia can replace the bezel spring for a fee right?

Hmm normal monster bezel cost $70 to replace completely. I guess replacing the spring will cost peanuts. If you call them and describe this problem, they will ask u to pop over with your watch and warranty card. They took only 10mins to replace my watch bezel and they claim will need only 30mins to recase my tuna, so I think they can do it on the spot

Do make sure that there is a date on the warranty card too. Monsters can be worked on here.

left my blue monster at thong sia today for them to do the rectification and repair.

Only avail after 2 weeks.
