No idea whats the requirement now... but if i not wrong, still 24hrs for adult?
Anyway... i'll be going to Serangoon central afterwards, maybe pop by various carparks there to see if there's any blue chevy. What kind of car? Sedan? H.Back? S.Wagon?

Hi guys, many thanks for all the concerns & helps given. We, actually with police help was able to locate my brother at river valley area yesterday around 11pm. He is getting treatment at hospital now.
