50th anniversary SDGZ005

50th anniversary SDGZ005
What is everyone's take on these ? I have to say the price is very tempting for a column wheel chronograph but find it a too thick for a 41mm watch

Re: 50th anniversary SDGZ005
Very nice! I would get it, if I had not spent so much on watches recently! Seiya has it. Better hiit before OOS... It's LE!

This is a limited edition? Do you know how many pieces is it limited to?

Nice looking and agreed that the price looks good for a mech chronograph but personally, it does not sing to me enough to want one.

Happy hunting!

Me also, I don't hear my heart singing. Some more, to me it looks similar to a typical Swatch. See the tachymeter, agree or not?

Cheers.

It's limited to 500 pieces , yea specs wise it is good but design wise there is very little to differentiate it from the omega speedmaster apart from the dial colour.

Nope, I think it's too expensive for what it is and ceramic cases are not my cup of tea

My sentiments exactly. The dark side looks great but a bit on the ex side. I also agree that thw dialmcolour is a bit swatch like. But 500 pc LE, it is tempting jus ofr that. BTW 50 years of what for Seiko? They really celebrate everything..haha.

50th anniversary since this came out  The dial/bezel color is inspired by the 5717.

Re: 50th anniversary SDGZ005
Nice Dial! But somehow the chrono buttons for GS are just a tad weird looking imo. Its beautiful though.
Re: 50th anniversary SDGZ005
Think this is Brightz leh, not GS. But you r right the Spring Drive GS Chrono have lagi "off" design for their pushers, iMHO anyway.

To me, this one don't look as bad. Looks a bit like the El Primerol...

The GS chrono does have humongous pushers, but once u put it own, u'll start to appreciate it much more. It's really good looking in the flesh!

The black dial looks nice. At below 2k, these will certainly sell. Seen locally yet?
